MartNet WebAdmin - Read Mail
Sending and Receiving E-Mail via the Web

WebAdmin Mail is the new replacement for the current MartNet Webmail. Our tests have shown it to be very stable and we will be (very) slowly be phasing out WebMail. If you would like to use the older WebMail, please log in at http://webmail.martnet.com/

What is WebAdmin Mail?:

WebAdmin is the new replacement for the older Martnet WebMail, which was powered by Endmyion MailMan. It offers more features, greater stability, and more compatibilty with other mail programs. It also incorporates some of our users more requested features and integrates better with our Spam Assassin Mail Filters.

How does WebAdmin Mail differ from Martnet WebMail? Here's a short list of some features

What NEW features WebAdmin Mail offers:

  • a Advanced Search function so you can locate certain words in your emails
  • ability to select groups of messages so that you can move or delete many messages at a time
  • quicker access to your spam folder and the ability to block email from a spammers address
  • more control over the look and feel and configuration of your mail account
  • the ability to have more than one "From Address" (Virtual Hosting Customers ONLY)
  • the ability to access mail folders created by other programs (such as Outlook Express) that connect through IMAP
  • the ability to access your WebAdmin Mail folders with other programs (such as Outlook Express) that connect through IMAP
  • a "Drafts" mailbox where you can store messages to edit and send later
  • and much more..

What WebMail has that WebAdmin Mail doesn't:

  • Webmail (Enhanced) has it's own 30 megabyte quota that was seperate from your account disc space quota. WebAdmin only has the space available to your account quota. (usually 10 MB)
  • Webmail displays the quota at the top of the mail window, in WebAdmin Mail, you have to go to the "Quota" section of WebAdmin

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you are currently using "Enhanced" Webmail, you CANNOT move your old messages to WebAdmin Email. If you don't know if you're using "Enhanced" Webmail, It is selected from webmail.martnet.com or if you have a virtual hosting account enhanced webmail is the version you are using if you log in to http://www.YOURDOMAIN.com/webmail. We regret that you cannot move these messages, but its lack of compatibility with other programs is one of the reasons we are moving away from the current WebMail program.
